Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 6 AM- 2:30
PM Pay:
$16- $18 depending on experience 401
K:
60% matching up to 10% of salary

Their primary role is to assess damaged goods, salvage any items that can be saved, and repackage them to meet company standards. This team plays a key role in minimizing product loss, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting sustainability by reducing waste. They work closely with quality control and warehouse operations to ensure all repacked items are safe, presentable, and ready for redistribution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Replenish pick slots with inventory from bulk storage. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently. Ensure accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies. Rotate products according to FIFO standards, ensuring older inventory is used before newer shipments. Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles. Work overtime when required.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse experience desired. Must be able to complete the in-house forklift certification program.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Must be able to regularly lift and move products up to 49 lbs. Able to work overtime when required.
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, machinery with moving parts, and dusty conditions. Possible exposure to chemicals, fumes, loud noise, and high places.
