Parts Room Associate The Motorcoach Store 5821 24th Street East, Bradenton, FL 34203 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Backroom Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, receiving and issuing inventory, and supporting the overall functionality of our backroom operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a strong understanding of service processes. Duties Manage incoming receipts and issue parts to proper stock locations. Utilize order management systems to track product availability and pricing. Operate forklifts safely to move products within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean and organized backroom area to facilitate efficient workflow. Assist in the motorhome repair process by providing necessary parts and supplies as needed. Requirements Previous experience in supply chain management or warehouse operations is preferred. Familiarity with motorhome service processes and terminology is a plus. Proficiency in using inventory management software along with Excel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
