Inventory Associate 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Medley, FL 33166 Our company is looking for an Inventory Associate with a keen attention to detail and the ability to understand how to best utilize our warehouse space. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with very little supervision and should be comfortable using computers and other equipment on a daily basis. Previous experience in inventory management is required.

Responsibilities:
Classify and organize the products in the fresh warehouse. Keep the MBA and Paralelo systems updated. Execute and audit the physical inventory of product storage stations (Coolers, Freezers). Participates in the audits of the Accounting Department. Consign inventories in the warehouse. Preparation of fresh orders to be dispatched. Make daily reports of entry and exit of material from the fresh warehouse. Carry out inventories in the different product storage stations (Coolers, Freezers). Complies with the rules and procedures regarding comprehensive security. Keeps equipment and work site in order, reporting any anomaly. Perform any other related task that is assigned. Requirements Proved experience in inventory administration, turnover. Experience in managing inventory systems. Intermediate Excel and proficient in Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) Availability to work from Monday to Saturday Availability with forklift Availability to work overtime if required Reliable transportation Availability to work in cold temperature environments ( refrigerated warehouse) Able to lift 50lbs Spanish speaker and intermediate level of English Competencies Team player Effective communication Numeric abilities High proactivity and Energy Continuous learning ability Detail orientation Analysis capacity What do we offer you?
