We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Associate to join our Miami team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse and Inventory Associate with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, resident, or have a valid work permit).

Responsibilities:

Perform order picking, packing, and shipping tasks Maintain accurate inventory records Utilize Magaya or similar freight forwarding software Operate basic Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) Handle warehouse operations and organization Assist with customer service inquiries related to shipments and inventory Ensure all warehouse activities are conducted safely and efficiently

Requirements:

2-3 years of warehouse and inventory experience Bilingual English/Spanish (required) Knowledge of Magaya or similar freight forwarding systems (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong customer service skills Ability to lift and move packages as needed Authorized to work in the United States (citizen, resident, or valid work permit) Attention to detail and organizational skills
