Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Healthcare Inventory Associate will be working independently, as well as in a team environment, to physically count inventory with inventory counting equipment for healthcare clients across various geographic locations. The Healthcare Inventory Associate will, accurately and efficiently, enter information into WIS equipment. Essential Responsibilities:

Achieves accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation Works within a team and one-on-one with Healthcare professionals at the event Complies with all hospital/healthcare facility standards Creates partnerships and instills trust and confidence in one’s abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise Takes initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Effective customer relations skills meant to deliver exceptional service and the ability to act quickly to solve concerns or challenges as they arise. Must be willing to submit/complete pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment drug screening, Healthcare Credentialing and Motor Vehicle Report check A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the Fleet driver requirements are required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Prior teamwork experience in a hospital or Healthcare setting

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. WIS Healthcare Inventory Associate Job Preview The Healthcare Inventory Associate is responsible for obtaining data on medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Our customers rely on WIS to count their business’ inventory in an efficient, accurate and professional manner. The Travel Inventory Associate will travel with the team weekly to customer locations. You will partner with healthcare professionals, at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs and expiration dates of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals. Team Requirements No previous inventory experience necessary, we are looking for awesome people like you to Come Count with Us!
