Job Description
Inventory Control Associate Travelers Mart Smoke Shop 12961 West Colonial Drive, Winter Garden, FL 34787 Duties & Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products within the organization. Utilize supply chain knowledge to forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels. Maintain a thorough understanding and implementation of the safety and security needs of a gas station Utilize a system to track and manage inventory transactions. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items. Excellent customer service skills Operate the cash register and bag items Maintains overall cleanliness of the location Performing opening and closing procedures Check-in inventory deliveries and effectively communicate with vendors Stocks shelves and coolers Front face products and organize displays Monitors gas station reporting (ensuring reports are generated in an accurate and timely matter) Performs gas station checklist procedures Properly documents and addresses identified issues Reports any incidents or suspicious behavior to a manager immediately Able to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for several hours at a time Other tasks as needed
Education:
A high school diploma or GED certificate.
Training & Experience:
This is an entry level role. No experience required. We are hiring all shifts immediately for part time and full-time roles. New team members will receive on-the-job training. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage inventory levels, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, computer savy, detail oriented and strong time management skills. The Inventory Specialist/ Cashier will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts, and maximizing profitability.
