Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. Ed Morse is currently seeking a Vehicle Inventory Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Receive new vehicles from manufacturers or auctions, verifying details against purchase orders Accurately track and manage a car dealership’s vehicle inventory, including new, used, and loaner cars, by performing physical counts, updating inventory systems, reconciling discrepancies, managing floor plan payments. Update inventory management systems with accurate vehicle details including VINs, condition, mileage, and pricing. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and address any issues with discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and identify potential overstocking or understocking situations. Liaise with other departments on inventory matters. Follow company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years Automotive Experience, preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; experience in inventory management preferred. Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
