Job Description

•Minimum Eligibility Requirements•+ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Basic understanding of inventory control procedures. Previous warehouse or inventory management experience, specifically with spare parts in a factory is preferred. + Strong computer and analytic skills, especially Excel (intermediate level required) + Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with minimum supervision. + Hands-on approach – ability to implement and deliver results, not just define strategies. + Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. + Must follow safe working practices in accordance with Company safety policies and practices. •Essential Functions•+

Data Entry & Reporting:

Maintain inventory databases, generate reports, and analyze stock trends to prevent shortages or overstocking. +

Stock Control:

Track, monitor, and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels. Organizes and maintains machine spare parts and inventory areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; on occasion manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received. + Initiate and execute continuous improvement actions to optimize inventory management processes. + Work directly with Maintenance Supervisor to establish recommended stock levels and reorder points for spare parts to prevent stock-outs and identify cost reduction opportunities. + Update CMMS asset records, link parts to assets, conduct periodic reorders, and oversee physical inventory counts. + Experience with computerized inventory system or CMMS preferred. IBM Maximo experience is a plus. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned. •

Pay Details:
