Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a warm, authentic way.
• Offer personalized styling suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service and follow
• up.

Sales and Merchandising:

• Drive sales through product knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked displays according to boutique standards.
• Stay informed about current fashion trends and new arrivals.

Store Operations:

• Process sales using POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and special orders professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and tagging merchandise.

Boutique Ambience:

• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Support seasonal floor set changes and promotional events.
• Uphold the boutiques brand values and aesthetic.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Genuine interest in women’s fashion and styling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a small, fast-paced team.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
