Inventory Associate
Winder, GA
Position Overview:
This entry level position is responsible for moving vehicles through the wholesale stock process. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage Wholesale inventory on property by stocking in and stocking out cars through a gate app on a phone/tablet
Completing check-out process with a customer or transporter, consisting of locating and pulling the car from inventory and checking proper documentation to ensure an appropriate vehicle release
Frequently moving and repositioning vehicles on property, within and across zones
Coordinating with internal departments on vehicle movement and completion of process
Coordinating with external customers to complete transaction and provide vehicle for transport
Locating vehicles across property to prepare for staging and to complete vehicle inspection
Manage lot organization by moving and relocating vehicles creating maximum capacity and supporting transactions and efficient flow.
Utilizing both Android and iOS devices to record and process all activities
Interact with customers and transportation vendors on a daily basis
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Team Lead

Job Requires:
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years).
Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, bend, stoop, squat, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work outdoors continuously.
