Inventory Clerk Position Available In Chatham, Georgia

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing inventory processes and ensuring the accuracy of records. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel to create and analyze charts and graphs for inventory reporting.
• Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and documentation, to support inventory management.
• Respond to inbound calls and provide assistance related to inventory inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory levels align with operational needs.
• Implement and monitor inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies.
• Work with technologies such as Cerner and ADP Financial Services to support inventory operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all inventory-related activities.
• Assist in preparing reports for management to provide insights into inventory trends and issues. Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating charts and graphs.
• Experience with inventory management systems, such as Cerner Technologies and ADP Financial Services.
• Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and effectively.
• Familiarity with auditing processes and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
