Inventory Assistant Type:

Full-time, contract, on-site (split between Shreveport & Haughton, ~30 min apart) What You’ll Do Receive, count, and log incoming stock using our warehouse management system Organize and restock shelves, ensuring inventory records stay accurate Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment Perform regular cycle counts and audits to catch discrepancies Collaborate with purchasing to flag low-stock and help forecast needs Move stock between our two sites as needed (reliable transportation required) Keep your workspace clean and organized Who You Are Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to solving small problems Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel or similar) and a WMS Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and punctual—able to travel between Shreveport and Haughton sites Self-starter who works well both independently and on a small team Extras No diploma required Casual, supportive environment with flexible work styles
