We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Management Clerk to support inventory and material tracking across our five-location industrial supply company. This is an administrative position focused on data entry, record keeping, and system updates—ideal for someone with strong computer skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update inventory data into internal systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials. Assist with processing purchase orders, receipts, and transfers between locations. Communicate with warehouse staff to verify inventory counts and resolve discrepancies. Generate basic inventory and usage reports as needed. Support administrative tasks related to material handling and supply chain documentation.
