Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Medical Laboratory Inventory Associate to support daily operations by accurately entering data, organizing supplies, and packing laboratory and medical inventory. This role works closely with the Inventory Supervisor to receive shipments, maintain inventory records, and ensure a clean, well-organized supply area while adhering to all safety and laboratory protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily functions of the warehouse – cleanliness, organization, and inventory management Log inventory when it is received and keep an accurate count of inventory on hand Utilize FIFO method to ensure flow of supplies prior to its expiration date Pack supply orders in appropriate boxes with correct labeling Provide excellent customer service to clients inquiring about their supply orders Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and patients via phone and email Notify Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager of any client or staff concerns Assist couriers with supply pickups and deliveries. Provide suggestions and recommendations to enhance workflow Perform drop-offs and pick-ups as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of medical supplies Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds Self-starter with the ability to take direction Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality Strong interpersonal skills that foster a positive work environment Comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work overtime as needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent Join us in maintaining high-quality laboratory services during our evening operations.
