The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for:
Knowledge of par levels, stock rotation and expiration date tracking
Ability to receive, inspect and store Alcoholic Beverage deliveries correctly.
Proficient in conducting physical inventory counts and issuing of requisition
Ability to label, categorize and store beverage according to type (alcoholic/non-alcoholic), brand and storage requirements
Skilled in identifying stock discrepancies and reporting variances
Ability to receive, inspect and store Food & Beverage deliveries accurately
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Being reliable, punctual and trustworthy with high value inventory
Comfortable working in cold storage areas (f required)
Works closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage Divisions
Knowledge of Food and Beverage safety regulations and proper storage practices
Maintains confidentiality and integrity standards
Maintain a clean, safe andanized storeroom

Qualifications
Proven ability to handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of stock control and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in storeroom, inventory, or beverage handling roles.
Excellent verbal, writtenmunication and using inventory software (e.g. BirchStreet or Excel)
Lift up 50lbs. occasionally throughout the day
Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Familiarity with hospitality or Food & Beverage industry operations preferred.
