Guest Service Associates and Inventory Associates Green Meadows Farms Marlboro, MA 01752 Green Meadows has an exciting opportunity for you! A new retail space in Marlboro, MA on Boston Post Road, the heart of many retail locations, restaurants and directly across the street from the Apex Entertainment Center. You will have the opportunity to join this retail location from the start of our “commence operations” designation from the CCC. We expect this position to start in August of 2025. Guest Services Associates Multiple levels of positions available from team leads to entry level positions. Guest Services Associates work and manage POS stations to sell products independently advising customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis Your primary responsibilities: Educate customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products. Check customers’ identification documents to verify that they are of legal age. Process customers’ payments using the dispensary / retail POS system. Keep abreast of new additions to our cannabis product line as well as the latest industry trends through training and research. Ensure the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times. Periodical dispensary cleaning duties included but not limited to break rooms, bathrooms, sweeping etc. Ability to review and follow company SOPs which are based on the CCC Regulations for the State of Massachusetts Inventory Associates Inventory Technicians are responsible for the efficient and effective management of the retail inventory vault.

Your primary responsibilities:

Pulling all dispensary / retail requested products from inventory to fill each product request and provide to Guest Services Associates. Maintaining sales floor inventory levels throughout the day/shift Opening stocking sales floor inventory Nightly closing inventory counts and securing inventory in vault Identifying all inventory variances Properly intake all product deliveries in Dutchie and METRC Maintain online menu accuracy Assist supervisor with cannabis waste Assist in monthly and annual inventory audits Cross trained at POS and discounts Green Meadows provides the following benefits : Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance/STD/LTD FSA/HSA Plans Accidental and Critical Illness Pet Insurance EAP Generous Paid Time Off Must be able to work, nights, weekends, and holidays.
