- We are seeking an Inventory Clerk to assist us on our growth journey. In this role, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with Planning, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory through procedural adherence. This role will report directly to our Regional Inventory Supervisor, as a key member to our factory leadership and overall success

- Key Responsibilities
- + End-to-end ownership of Raw material cycle count management per the National Inventory Control Policy.
+ End-to-end ownership of Finished Good cycle count management per the National Inventory Control Policy. + Complete production confirmations with accuracy and timeliness in accordance with the corporations established deadlines. + Assist with daily control checks before, during and after the confirmation process to ensure accuracy and compliance. + Ownership of raw material and finished good scrap process in accordance with national processes and policies. + Investigate and resolve inventory and reporting discrepancies to ensure reporting is accurate. + Complete, execute and deliver local and national daily KPI reporting. + Support regional factories with completion of quarterly requirements of cycle counting and inventory management. + Support regional warehouses, co-manufacturers and co-packers with inventory systems to system reconciliations, scrap process and on-site validations. + Supporting cross-departments with training in proper system corrections, including peers and leadership personnel. + Support full end-to-end process across any location if required by the business + Support internal and external audits + Work travel may be necessary + Working on weekends and holidays may be necessary
- Qualifications
- + Preferred five or more years of proven exposure to a manufacturing environment + Preferred knowledge of SAP EWM + Ability to initiate process improvements through GSTD’s and alternate root cause analysis tools + Must currently be regarded as a high performer based on most current review + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all Primo employees and external community members + Ability to self-manage, schedule, and perform unsupervised work in a LEAN manufacturing environment + Strong in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
