OVERVIEW:

Detail-oriented and organized Cycle Counter with experience in Kanban systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory counts, ensuring efficient stock management, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our warehouse operations.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Utilize Kanban systems to manage inventory flow and replenishment. Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage and retrieval processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes. Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist in the implementation of new inventory management technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Proven experience as a Cycle Counter or similar role in a warehouse setting. Strong understanding of Kanban systems and their application in inventory management. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items up to 70 pounds. Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
