• We are a leading provider of senior healthcare services, specializing in post-acute care. We offer services ranging from comprehensive short-term rehabilitation and transitional care to Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
• Day to day as a Central Supply Clerk / Ward Clerk
• As a Full-Time Central Supply Clerk / Ward Clerk at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around supporting our nursing and healthcare teams.

Expect to receive and organize medical supplies, ensure all inventory is well-stocked, and assist with distribution to various departments. You’ll maintain accurate records and assist in managing supply orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, providing you with a consistent routine to focus on your essential tasks. Collaboration with nursing staff and other departments will be key, allowing you to foster relationships while effectively responding to their supply needs. You’ll also participate in inventory audits and assist in training new staff on supply processes, setting the stage for a seamless workflow throughout the facility.
