Job Summary:
To manage and maintain software replenishment systems. Work collaboratively with staff to assure department expectations are achieved while optimizing inventory and par levels. To perform the services of stocking, distribution of all incoming supplies and equipment, and managing inventory.
Education & Experience Education and Experience Required:
High School diploma/GED and four (4) years of experience stocking, loading, replenishing or distributing inventory

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer skills and the ability to work with related software programs. Must have Microsoft knowledge and be able to navigate through spreadsheets/databases. Knowledge of shipping, receiving, stocking, and equipment and inventory management methods and procedures. Ability to review inventory utilization and create utilization analysis reports. Interpersonal skills to interact with staff and upper level management. Communications skills, verbal and written. Ability to work in a team environment. Position will require independent thinking and ability to resolve issues in a remote location without immediately available supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for auditing and management of replenishment system and resolution of issues
Operates all replenishment system software and programs according to institutional and department policy and procedures.
Facilitates physical set up of area including scales, controllers, downloaders, probes, shelf registration, mobile cart and computers
Monitors and reports expired stock and improper stock rotation, identifies issues and seeks resolution. Demonstrates ability to ensure the joint commission and cms compliance for stock storage.
Stocks, maintains and controls inventory of supplies for assigned areas within the operating rooms as assigned according to the department policy and procedures. Delivers and verifies incoming shipments and/or materials to assigned destinations according to departmental policy and procedures.
Appropriately documents the condition, temperature of packages or receipts of tissue, implants, and other biologic materials in accordance to tjc and cms guidelines.
Orders required supplies for assigned areas according to departmental policies and procedures.
Working closely with the nursing leadership in the assigned or location, places purchase requisitions for special orders stock items as required for surgical cases according to departmental policies and procedures.
In absence of a supervisor position may be asked to act as a shift team lead, assigning work responsibilities and following up on task completion.
Position will be responsible for the management of the supply inventory par location as assigned, adjusting par levels and adding and removing stock items from the locations as coordinated with or nursing leadership and supply chain management.
Opens, picks, closes and distributes internal orders according to departmental policy and procedures.
Adheres to required hospital standards relative to internal policies, osha, tjc and departmental policies and procedures.
Assists with changes in the automated inventory system, adding and removing items from par locations, and or adjusting par levels.
Creates and submits daily system tracking report for all changes
