Store Stocker Jimmy’s Marine 6685 Beach Dr SW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that products are readily available for customers. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, organizing products, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Duties Efficiently stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and organization. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts. Package items for shipment or storage as needed. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the warehouse. Operate forklifts safely when required, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock efficiently. Experience with stocking procedures and inventory management systems. Proficiency in using RF scanners for tracking inventory is preferred. Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse teams. Familiarity with warehouse operations and best practices is beneficial.
