The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting the overall supply chain operations. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular audits and cycle counts. Utilize inventory management systems to track stock movements and manage orders. Collaborate with the demand planning team to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal fluctuations. Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies in shipments. Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure that all incoming and outgoing products are accurately documented. Support retail management by providing insights on inventory turnover rates and product availability. Requirements Proven experience in inventory management or related fields is preferred . Experience in shipping/receiving operations is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using computer software for data entry and reporting purposes. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and suppliers.
