TRANSPORTER/ CENTRAL SUPPLY CLERK
We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff.
Position Summary:
The Resident Transporter/Central Supply Clerk is responsible for ensuring residents are safely taken to outings, doctor’s appointments, and other activities. The candidate also plays a critical role in ensuring the Nursing Staff has all the necessary medical supplies they need. They will be receiving and verifying medical supplies coming to the facility, records information for reordering, stocks, and accounts for medical supplies and billing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive resident to/from appointments Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicle Perform pre-trip safety inspections Clean Driver’s License Reliable and careful driver Receiving and verifying medical supplies coming to the facility, records information for reordering, stocks, and accounts for medical supplies and billing.
