Position Summary:
. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Matthews, NC. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a company that values safety, accuracy, and a team-focused work environment. You will be responsible for picking and shipping orders, managing inventory, and supporting warehouse operations, with occasional small welding tasks (training provided on site).
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive and organize inbound shipments Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts Operate a forklift safely (on-site certification provided) Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures Complete occasional small welding tasks after proper training Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Use Microsoft Office programs to track inventory and communicate updates
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of inventory control or warehouse experience Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record (MVR will be checked) Forklift certification or willingness to be certified on site Must pass a visual acuity test Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable standing and walking on concrete for extended periods Strong communication skills and attention to detail
