We’re hiring a Cycle Count Associate for a well-established warehouse facility in Wendell, NC. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies through daily cycle counts. 1sy shift: 7amt o4pm.

Pay Rate:

$18/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile on-hand inventory with ERP system through daily counts. Document and report inventory counts to appropriate departments. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain product identification and location accuracy. Transfer products to correct locations using a forklift. Track incoming and outgoing inventory. Generate inventory control reports. Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical). Identify mislabeled or misplaced parts and resolve issues. Clean and organize shelf areas and replace unreadable labels. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure inventory accuracy.

Work Experience Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork and time-management abilities. Must have forklift experience and be willing to complete on-site training. Active or previous forklift certification highly preferred.
