Competitive pay rate. Opportunity to work with a reputable company. Convenient day shift timing (7am-4pm) from Monday to Friday. What’s a typical day as a n Inventory Clerk ? You’ll be: Count merchandise in stock and posts totals to inventory records. Compare inventories to office records or computes figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory. Verify clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies. Generate reports such as inventory balance or shortages. Prepare lists of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have experience with computers, Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Inventory experience is a requirement, warehouse experience is preferred particularly in a food storage warehouse or grocery. Willing to work in a cold working environment – 0 degree freezer, 38 degree cooler and ambient dry departments. May work in any of these environments any day – we provide cold gear for the freezer and cooler.
