Inventory Clerk Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and adjustments. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials. Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies. Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. Operate inventory management software and maintain electronic records of inventory activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Inventory Control Clerk or similar role. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, etc.). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Effective communication skills to interact with internal departments. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
