Job Description:

The Inventory Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and compliance with state and local regulations. This role involves receiving shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining organization within the dispensary product storage areas.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for fulfillment. Utilize inventory management software to update and track inventory. Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained through routine cycle counts and audits. Manage/move Inventory in inventory management systems as well as manage/move physical inventory. Maintain a clean and organized inventory room ensuring products are properly labeled and correctly stored. Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues to management. Accurately receive and count new cannabis shipments.

21+ years of age Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment High level of attention to detail High level of accuracy Excellent organizational skills Restaurant Experience a plus Mid level computer skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Knowledge in cannabis products a plus Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Legally authorized to work in the US
