Inventory Control Department:
Corporate Human Resources Position Overview This role supports inventory operations by managing accurate data entry related to product movement, transfers, and disposal. The position plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity through regular reporting and physical inventory participation. Primary Responsibilities Maintain up-to-date records of product locations, transfers, and disposals using internal databases. Generate and distribute inventory reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to support operational visibility. Assist in the planning and execution of quarterly and annual physical inventory counts. Identify discrepancies or concerns in inventory control and communicate findings to management. Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support department objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Key Competencies Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude toward teamwork. Professional interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to follow general instructions and accurately communicate basic data and procedures. Working Environment and Physical Demands Standard office setting with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal noise levels.
