Main Objective:

Perform daily cycle count exercises for Arthrex Manufacturing Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor inventory integrity by performing daily cycle counts to maintain established accuracy goals.
  • Review SAP transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Use root cause analysis techniques to resolve discrepancies by working closely with manufacturing departments and Inventory Control Analyst.
  • Perform inventory adjustments in SAP to correct discrepancies.
  • Report inventory shortage adjustments to Planning/Purchasing to avoid stock-outs, manufacturing stoppage, and customer backorders.
  • Maintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliations, fiscal year-end inventory audit.
  • Perform random receipt audits and advises Purchasing/Supply Chain of discrepancies.
  • Monitor items with shelf life expiration.
  • Identify potential areas for inventory discrepancies and reports to management.
  • Maintain product identification.
  • Follow workplace organization and housekeeping guidelines.

Additional Information

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of inventory control experience required
  • 1 year of experience operating a Counter-Balance, Stand-up or Narrow Aisle Forklift preferred
  • Good computer skills with standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet navigation required
  • Experience with SAP or similar software (Oracle, etc.

) preferred Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or

Training:
  • Ability to safely drive a forklift in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Machine, Tools, and/or

Equipment Skills:
  • Basic Stand-up, Narrow Aisle and Turret Forklift; use of RF Scanner, basic computer skills.
Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles using a calculator to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements including addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculating percentages, and interpreting decimals.

Language and Communication Skills:
