Make a difference as an Inventory Associate Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Associate to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate parts stock counts, and supporting the overall efficiency of maintenance operations. Openings on 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm) and 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) Duties Support and maintain 6S / Continuous Improvement Activities Track and analyze parts inventory using various methods including spreadsheets and SAP software Oversee inventory levels and proactively order additional products and supplies when necessary. Maintain quantities and storage locations of all spare parts throughout the plant. Proactively search and provide OEM part numbers for rapid ordering of spares. Perform other duties as required or assigned. Skills 1-2 years of experience in tracking inventory and analyzing stock levels Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting required Proficiency in shipping and receiving procedures. Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement within maintenance operations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
