Warehouse Associate/Inventory Control Confidential Fort Mill, SC 29715 Warehouse Associate We are a global medical device company with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, and Australia that is committed to driving excellence in Cardiac ORs and ICU since 2005. We are currently recruiting within our logistics department for a Warehouse Associate. This role is based at our US headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina and is the result of continued success, and sustained growth. Job Summary / Overview The Warehouse Associate plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This position is responsible for handling, organizing, and managing inventory to ensure the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. The Warehouse Associate supports overall warehouse productivity and safety while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer or company specifications. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the secure and efficient handling of goods. Schedule freight and parcel shipments with 3rd party logistics companies (3PL) utilizing provided Transportation Management Systems (TMS), i.e. UPS WorldShip, FedEx ShipManager, and others. Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labelling and accessibility. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels. Process necessary transactions in company systems, such as Priority ERP, to ensure records remain accurate and up to date. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and panel carts, following safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to company safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and meet productivity targets. Process returns, damaged goods, and discrepancies in inventory, reporting any issues to management. Perform general maintenance tasks and minor repairs on warehouse equipment as needed, along with general housekeeping tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and dusting. Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines, such as FDA, OSHA, and others. Process demo and trial requests from sales and marketing teams via email and Priority ERP. Precisely prepare, assemble, and dismantle demonstration products, upholding the highest quality standards in both appearance and functionality. Monitor and update all demonstration products in the relevant company systems and tracking tools. Providing exceptional client service, communication, and professionalism through dress, behavior, oral and written communications. Other job duties and tasks assigned as appropriate.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse software systems, Priority ERP is a plus. Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50lbs and up to 70lbs with assistance. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues. Proficiency in operating warehouse tools and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred. Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification). Other Candidate must be eligible to work in the US.
