Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to manage vehicle inventory across our lot and online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking vehicle movements, ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the sales and service departments with timely and reliable inventory information.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including incoming and outgoing units Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies Input and update vehicle details in the dealership management system (DMS) Work closely with the sales and service teams to locate and prepare vehicles Coordinate with transporters for courtesy deliveries Assist with stock number assignments and dealer trades

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in automotive or inventory roles is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
