Full Job Description Position Responsibilities:
Maintained all records on Excel and distribute internally and externally Process logistic system through typical application (ex:
GERP, SAP, IWMS
) Responsible for inventory management Respond and solve customer’s need in a timely manner Settle monthly records of operation and distribute internally Communicate with vendors when needed to collect information Conduct audit and report all discrepancies on inventory to leadership Work with warehouse associates, monitoring work and accuracy of in and outbound transfers Perform cycle counts on inventory. Comply with warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner, and customer’s needs are met Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries, and out going product Labeling every product and placing them accordingly Handling returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s business degree in related field (preferred) Expert level knowledge of M/S Office (Power-point, Excel, Word) required. Warehouse experience Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure and meet deadlines is important Data entry and computer skills High Level of Attention to
