Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have extensive WMS knowledge for research and data entry.
Need Indepth understanding of all DC departments.
Must be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision.
Must be adaptable and able to help in other department functions.
Must be able to coordinate work between multiple teams and work together to solve problems.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
Must be able to run required queries and reports include email usage.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
2. Must possess basic math skills.
3. Ability to clearly communicate with both internal and external customers based on needs.
4. Must be detail oriented and accurate entering data into file maintenance.
5. Must be able to work with others not only within department, but all other departments.
6. Has a propensity for accuracy.
7. Follow up on all issues/concerns in a timely manner.
8. Must be equipment trained or willing to train on RR and SP
9. Has an ownership attitude and demonstrates a passion for the customer. Team Members must have been with the company six (6) months, or have been in their present position for six (6) months in order to be eligible to post for a job.
A Team Member must have no disciplinary counseling in the previous six months (1st or 2nd Level) and no Final written warnings within the last 12 months.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Provide support with the best possible quality in all hard parts, accessories, and chemicals.
Give the stores the very best support information to satisfy their needs.
Investigate, communicate, and follow up on all quality issues throughout the DC.
