How You’ll Shine:

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk II is responsible for maintaining all inventory controls according to site standards ensuring all processes are followed and staff is trained in the proper controls of the inventory. The Clerk II will work in conjunction with the engineering leaders to ensure all supplies have a par stock and orders are efficient and timely. This role will assist the team as needed with delivery, intake or distribution of inventory, stock and guest deliverables.

Basic Office duties experience.
Computer proficiency required.
Radio Dispatch experience a plus.

Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receives, records and tracks all inventory, mail and supplies that arrives or leaves the site. (40% time)
Ensures all guest or department packages are delivered and recorded to the appropriate recipient. (10% time)
Maintains inventory control system as directed by company standards DOPS. (15% time)
Stores and stocks inventory in supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies. (20% time)
Loads and unloads deliveries. (10% time)
Assist with unit inspections. (5% time)

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Education
High school or equivalent preferred,
Training requirements
Basic office duties 1-2 years
Basic mathematical calculations performed
PC, Tablet efficient
Safety training experience preferred related to lifting
Knowledge and skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to take direction and complete tasks
Ability to prioritize assignments
Basic computer, tablet skills required
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to calculate basic mathematical skills
Ability to work in general office environment
Ability to utilize basic loading dock tools and equipment
Technical Skills
Basic PC skills required
Tablet skills required
Filing and tracking skills required
Radio dispatch skills required
Forklift certified raining
Job experience
1-2 year in role or similar role is preferred
