Mon•Fri 6:00am to 2:30pm 2nd

Shift:

Mon•Fri 2:30pm•10:00pm

YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your support skills? Are you passionate aboutdetails and enjoy supply chain operations and assisting customers?

If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to executeessential clerical duties and contribute to delivering superiorsupply chain services.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reconciling inventory records across multiple systems and also withphysical inventory Generating reports on a regular cadence using a variety of media,especially microsoft excel Leveraging systemic data points to communicate with flooroperations teams in real time to mitigate operational risks andassist with planning/execution Log issues and root causes found during reconciliation into acentralized file for use by leadership to make decisions, includepotentially generate CAs for process variance When necessary, escalating issues to supervisors or management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. Prior officeexperience preferred. Intermediate knowledge of SAP Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Excel Experience with inventory reconciliation (virtual/physical mismatchcorrections, system to system data corrections) Attention to detail Strong ability to read and interpret data and make quick, informeddecisions to correct records Strong multitasking and general computer literacy Pattern Recognition High integrity
