Job Description
Position Overview The Inventory Control Coordinator performs a variety of task which support the Materials department and the Huntsville Campus’s directed prototype builds and retrofits by managing availability and handling of materials.
Schedule:
2nd Shift Monday through Friday Morning 7:30 PM – 6:00
AM Pay:
$21.26 per hour with 6%

- Conducts and provides accurate cycle counts to Supervisor as assigned.
- Performs shipping duties including preparing paperwork for shipment.
- Delivers parts to production as needed and ensures labels/bins are on line as requested.
- Communicate parts issues to Supervisor.
- Handles the receipt, stocking, storing and delivery of material for prototype builds.
- Expedites materials for prototype builds.
- Maintains departmental records.
- Provides reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Handles all duties of MRO stores including receiving, stocking, picking, expediting, cycle counting and shipping.
Minimum Requirements + High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements + Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) + Must be able to operate computer to complete required tasks (MRP, Avantis, Microsoft Excel, Outlook) + Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid fork truck license. + Physical Requirements (Ability to do the following up to 10 hours per shift): + Walk, stand, sit, bend, twist/turn, kneel, squat, crawl + Climb using both legs and arms + Head/neck movement + Reach outward or above the shoulder + Lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds + Exposure to constant and intermittent noise, fumes, smoke and gases, solvents, paint, grease and oils, radiant energy, and slippery surfaces Desired Skills + Positive attitude, ethics and International values which support our company’s values, and a health, high performance culture + Organizational skills and ability to maintain 5-S standards in the work area and warehouse. + Ability to learn and utilize Engine Tracking software + Basic mathematical skills + Ability to work independently without direct supervision + Ability to communicate professionally + Prior experience in inventory management + Familiarity with BOM structure and process sheets + Knowledge of assembly line processes + Ability to work on multiple programs/projects and components for each program Benefits and Compensation We provide a competitive total rewards package which ensures job satisfaction both on and off the job.
