is seeking a professional for the role of Supply Management Specialist in Huntsville, AL. The Supply Management Specialist manages and plans daily operations to optimize the flow of materials, supplies, and equipment from initial procurement to the final disposition. The Supply Management Specialist will fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations. Responsibilities Processes supply requests and purchasing receipts; Manages supply order issues and ensures ordering accountability and preservation of individual, organizational and installation equipment; Assists in maintaining the automated supply system for accounting of organizational equipment and supplies; Maintains all administrative supplies and supporting document files; Uses equipment and supply requirement plans to ensure the required flow of materials is maintained; Coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to enable workflows crucial to the flow of materials, supplies, and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or other related field is required; At least three (3) years of relevant experience is required; DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start; Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively; Proven experience in supply chain or procurement is required; strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential for this role.
