Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory levels for regularly used materials Proactively communicate with vendors to ensure timely procurement based on production schedules Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; verify counts and check for damages Perform data entry for purchasing and accounting records in

SAGE 100

Coordinate material availability with production scheduling Allocate production orders based on inventory status Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse, or inventory management roles Proven and recent experience with

SAGE 100

software is required Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or certification in Supply Chain or Logistics a plus Ability to adapt and make quick decisions in a dynamic work environment Solid math and problem-solving skills
