Inventory & Accounting Specialist Koosh Jewelers 2790 Stirling Road, Hollywood, FL 33020 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock records, and supporting financial reporting processes. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial data effectively. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Conduct regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and compliance with company standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to inventory management. Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure proper accrual accounting practices are followed. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed. Interpret financial data related to inventory for management review. Support tax-related activities concerning inventory valuation and reporting. Ensure compliance with relevant securities laws and regulations affecting inventory practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial report interpretation and analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information.
