Job Description The main function of this role will be to work closely with the procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment, addressing any potential issues that may arise. You will monitor and expedite orders to ensure deadlines are met, swiftly resolving any delays or challenges. Regular communication with vendors, buyers, and project execution teams is essential, enabling you to track the status of orders and address any discrepancies or concerns. Additionally, you will generate and maintain comprehensive reports on procurement activities, order statuses, and inventory levels for management review. Acting as the primary point of contact for material deliveries to ensure clarity and effective coordination. The ideal candidate will have organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to meet the demands of complex engineering projects.
