#3127 Inventory Management Specialist Long Term – Full Time Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for the Inventory Management Specialist position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a warehouse setting and be proficient with ERP systems, particularly SAP tracking inventory, processing orders, and maintaining records.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS

DETAILED SUMMARY
Track and record inventory levels, updating the system to reflect all incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and receipts. Ensure all paperwork is filed correctly for future reference and auditing purposes. Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve shipping or receiving issues in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with ERP and SAP systems Organization skills and attention to details. Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
