Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to support our growing fabrication and assembly operations. This role plays a vital part in helping us implement and maintain a new digital inventory management system while also handling physical materials used in production. You’ll ensure accurate tracking, organization, and movement of stock to support fabrication and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log incoming materials into a digital inventory system using a tablet Accurately pick materials for fabrication packages, assembly kits, and ship-loose components Organize and maintain stock items to ensure ease of access and accountability Support the transition of existing fabrication materials into the new inventory program Ensure proper stock levels for frequently used items through regular monitoring Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to fulfill material needs promptly Uphold clean and safe working conditions in storage and material handling areas
Qualifications:
