RIPA & Associates is seeking a self-motivated Material Inventory Coordinator to help maintain and track construction materials both in the yard and out in the field. This role supports jobsite cleanups, material deliveries, and returns. You’ll be expected to drive to various jobsites and suppliers as needed, keeping a strong focus on organization, communication, and follow-through.

Responsibilities:

Inventory, organize, and track material located in the yard. Regularly update project teams about available material for future job allocation. Pick up and deliver materials from suppliers to jobsites. Assist other inventory coordinators in counting and logging materials at job sites. Coordinate and support RIPA delivery drivers as needed. Visit job sites to gather materials for return or transfer. Return unused or excess materials to suppliers. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with suppliers, vendors, and field crews.

Qualifications:

Strong time management skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Expert multi-tasker. Proficient in

Microsoft Office:

Excel, Word, Outlook. Self-motivated and can work independently with deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication. Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules, including weekends. Willingness to travel locally to various job sites and supplier locations. Prior construction experience in underground utilities is a plus.
