Warehouse Inventory Specialist – 1st shift (7:30am – 4:00pm M-F) Scrubin Uniforms, LLC 6206 Benjamin Road, Tampa, FL 33634 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of tracking, documenting, housing and controlling our on-hand inventory. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The Warehouse Inventory Specialist will collaborate with various departments to optimize inventory processes and support overall business objectives. Responsibilities Work with other departments to improve inventory management practices Provide recommendations to warehouse team for improving inventory accuracy and efficiency Cycle count and reconcile all SKUs Moving / reassigning / consolidating / reorganizing inventory Create and assign space for new products Identify, eliminate and consolidate multiple bin locations housing the same items Manage discontinued items to free up space in both permanent and temporary locations Manage and rectify negative item quantities Create new Storage IDs (SIDs) Occasionally assist production team with invoicing and / or packing Experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Strong attention to detail Enjoy problem solving Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken Experience with Microsoft Office Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds Join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Specialist where you can contribute to our success by ensuring that our inventory processes are efficient, accurate and aligned with our business goals.
