Inventory Specialist – Florida State University Position Available In Leon, Florida

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments
Verify shipments match orders
Maintain accurate inventory records
Perform regular inventory counts
Inventory Mgmt
Maintain organization of inventory
Assist Chef Managers with ensuring prep needs are met
Prima System Usage
Must have strong computer knowledge to be able to utilize systems
Required to lift 50 lbs or more
Demonstrate strong Food Safety Knowledge and follow safety policies and procedure
Strong knowledge of First In and First Out
Flexible Schedule
Communicate effectively with location Chef and FSD
Ability to work independently with limited Supervision required
Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
