We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and optimizing supply chain processes. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory control systems, materials management, and financial analysis to support efficient operations within our organization. Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all locations. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with 3PL partners to manage inbound and outbound inventory flows. Utilize analytics to forecast inventory needs and identify trends in stock usage. Implement best practices in materials handling and inventory management. Assist in financial modeling related to inventory costs and supply chain efficiency. Develop and maintain reports on inventory performance metrics for management review. Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment on inventory requirements. Requirements Forklift experience required. Proficient in Microsoft programs with the capacity to expand knowledge to accounting/inventory/warehouse software and reporting. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work well with management, peers, and subordinates. Ability to communicate and conduct themselves professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts at all times. Must be able to bend, stoop, stand and sit for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 20 pounds/ideally be able lift up to 50 pounds. Able to work in warehouse that can be noisy and dusty.
