Must be Bi-lingual ( Spanish as a secondary language) Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. Track incoming and outgoing inventory using inventory management software. Prepare purchase orders based on stock levels and demand forecasts. Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies. Prevent overstocking and stockouts by maintaining optimal inventory levels. Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Update inventory records after receiving goods. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions. Prepare regular inventory reports for management. Analyze inventory trends to identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Monitor inventory to prevent theft, damage, or loss. Collaborate with logistics, sales, finance, and warehouse teams. Communicate stock needs or issues promptly. Use technology and data analysis to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Recommend improvements to inventory control systems and procedures.
