IPC is seeking a highly motivated Supply Assurance Specialist who is responsible for execution of supply strategies that assure supply and minimize obsolescence. Access data from a variety of IPC proprietary applications and provide comparative analysis, trend analysis, and other analytical measures on the data. Report analysis in daily meetings, concisely in charts, figures, and emails. Overview The ideal candidate has experience creating and editing visual content/applications, transforming data sets and quantitative and qualitative analysis. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities, knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below are required to be successful in this position. Monitor supply and inventory levels daily by manufacturer and the Distribution Center. Conduct root cause analysis on low or high stock planning exceptions. Identify gaps and work with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve. Escalate supply issues to leadership in a timely manner while providing recommendations to optimize inventory levels. Identify and independently execute optimal methods of re-stocking the impacted supplier or distribution partner. Work cross-functionally within the organization on both collecting inventory information and utilizing it to determine inventory health within the Supply Chain. Organize information concisely to present in a way that leaders can understand and use in decision making. Analyze patterns within exceptions and raise them for awareness of the broader team, providing recommendations for action. Gather and present data in charts, graphs, and tables. Ability to connect complex data sets, providing actionable insights and visualizations to improve efficiency of supply chain processes. Monitor, and report performance against Company OKRs, and Supply Chain KPI’s and OKR’s. Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement opportunities across internal and external inventory management processes Refine current processes to improve the team’s ability to improve inventory target levels. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for processes, timelines, risks, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability. Serve as a liaison between business teams and new tool and software development teams to resolve operational issues. Educate, coach and train team members on process improvement initiatives to support Supply Chain KPI’s. All duties as reasonably assigned. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to work with minimum supervision. Willingness to operate in a dynamic environment with changing priorities working collaboratively as a part of a team. Strong process-orientation skills. Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and effectively communicate with multi-level stakeholders as well as vendors, distribution partners and their representatives. Should be self-motivated, goal orientated, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision. Proficiency in SQL, Power Query or other programming languages. Demonstrated ability to analyze data in excel, Smartsheet, or other database and provide summary level reporting.

Anticipates and adopts innovations in business-building digital and technology applications Qualifications & Exeprience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field is required. 3+ years of demonstrated progression in a Supply Chain Planning role, preferred. Demonstrated working experience with Limited Time Offer items, preferred. Working experience as part of a formal S&OP or Integrated Business Planning process, preferred. Advanced in using a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Micro Strategy, Tableau, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Business Intelligence, preferred. Experience creating visualizations in Power BI or similar data analytic tools. Leadership Responsibility No Travel This job does not require international travel. Occasionally, local travel within driving distance, and overnight domestic travel may be required. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
